Global sales executive leaders have an interest in Miller Heiman’s Sales Best Practices Study and often request us to administer that survey to key people in the division to directly compare its results against Winning Sales Organizations. The results highlighted areas where it was doing a pretty good job but more importantly, the study pointed areas where the division did not match up against it's peers.
